News Update: 5-Star Sophomore PF, 6-Foot-9 Tylis Jordan, One of the Nation’s Top 2025 Recruits, Commits to Ole Miss Men’s Basketball Over Tennessee, Kentucky, and Duke.

Tylis Jordan, a 6-foot-9 power forward from Snellville, Georgia, has committed to the Ole Miss Rebels men’s basketball program, choosing Ole Miss over offers from Tennessee, Kentucky, and Duke. Jordan, a four-star prospect, is ranked as the No. 43 overall recruit in the Class of 2025.

Jordan’s commitment marks a significant achievement for Ole Miss head coach Chris Beard, who continues to attract top talent to the program. Jordan’s size and skill set are expected to make an immediate impact on the Rebels’ frontcourt.
In addition to Jordan, Ole Miss secured a commitment from four-star guard Patton Pinkins. Both Jordan and Pinkins were nominated for the McDonald’s All-American Game, highlighting their status among the nation’s elite high school players.
Jordan’s decision to join Ole Miss over traditional powerhouses like Tennessee, Kentucky, and Duke underscores the growing appeal of the Rebels’ basketball program under Coach Beard’s leadership.

As the Rebels prepare for the upcoming seasons, Jordan’s addition is anticipated to bolster their competitiveness in the Southeastern Conference and on the national stage.
