Breaking News: A Seasoned Kansas State Men Basketball Player Has Unexpectedly Terminated His Contract With Team Disregarding His Position on The Roster…

In a surprising development, Kansas State University has announced that senior forward Achor Achor has departed from the men’s basketball team for personal reasons. Achor, who transferred from Samford University for his final collegiate season, had been averaging 7.3 points and 2.7 rebounds over seven games with the Wildcats.

Head coach Jerome Tang commented on the situation, stating, “Achor and I have decided that there are more important things than basketball for him at this time. I hope some time away will allow him to reprioritize things in his life and allow him to finish his degree. We wish him well.”

Prior to joining Kansas State, Achor was a standout player at Samford, leading the team with an average of 16.1 points per game and contributing to their NCAA Tournament appearance. His departure marks the second consecutive season in which the Wildcats have experienced a mid-season loss of a key player. Last year, forward Nae’Qwan Tomlin was dismissed following an arrest for disorderly conduct.
