Omier, a 6-foot-7 forward from Bluefields, Nicaragua, began his collegiate career at Arkansas State, where he earned Sun Belt Freshman of the Year honors. He then transferred to Miami, contributing significantly to the Hurricanes’ success in the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC).
