Major Breaking News: Significant Moves As Baylor Bears Football reportedly In Prime Position to Land a Former 4 Star WR

The Baylor Bears football program has made significant strides in bolstering its receiving corps with the recent commitments of two standout wide receivers.

In late January 2025, London Smith, a four-star wide receiver from Waco’s University High School, announced his commitment to Baylor following a Junior Day visit. Smith becomes the first wide receiver commit in the 2026 class and the fourth commit overall.

Earlier, in July 2024, four-star wide receiver Taz Williams Jr. from Red Oak High School also committed to the Bears. Williams’ decision was notable as he had not previously listed Baylor among his top choices, making his commitment a significant win for the program.

These commitments reflect Baylor’s aggressive and successful recruiting efforts, aiming to strengthen their offensive lineup for the coming seasons.
